    In a microwaveable bowl, slightly heat the shortening to slightly soften it, then cream in the sugar and then mix in the remaining wet ingredients and flax egg.
  1. Mix dry ingredients
    Sift the dry ingredients together in a bowl
  1. Mix all together
    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until incorporated
  1. Form balls
    With your hands, get 45 grams of dough, roll it into a ball, and then roll it in cinnamon sugar, and place evenly spaced on a baking sheet
  1. Bake
    Bake at 350 degrees F for 11 minutes.
  1. Cool
